Question:
Answer: This could be difficult. I'm assuming this is a toy or model your shop sells? You can find the original bill of sale or receipt showing when you got the original, specifying its serial number or other identifiers the copies don't have. You can show the customer the box or other packaging. You can show the customer the literature or instructions that came with the original. Or you can learn for yourself what the differences are between your original item and the copies, and show the customer how you know your helicopter is an original--as well as give him or her the source of your information, so s/he can check the accuracy for himself. In the end, if the customer doesn't believe you, s/he won't want to pay the price for an original. Maybe the next customer will!
